QUALITY

The first ISO 9001 of the Cassina Group Quality System dates back to 1996, thanks to the certification of Plastinova Italiana. After this one, other certifications followed: Fustiplast S.p.a in 1999, Fustiplast Germany in 2006 and Fustiplast do Brasil in 2008.
The certification corporation verifies yearly the quality system of the companies of our Group. This control is supported by another yearly check made by our production/quality system, in particular by the authorities in charge of the surveillance of the production of homologated containers for the transport of dangerous goods, according to the ADR laws.

In 2008 a project to reorganize and unify the quality systems of European web-sites started up and in July 2009 this project got the TÜV certification, organized as follow:
· One Certificate for the headquarter, which guarantees the “Design and production of jerrycans, drums, IBCs and blow-moulded packagings”
· One Certificate for each production plant, which guarantees “Production of jerrycans, drums, IBCs and blow-moulded packagings”

The new certification is the further demonstration of the belief of Cassina Packaging Group in the continuous quality implementation of the products and processes.

Our path, in this sense, is based on 4 fundamental guide lines:

· Technology innovation of informative systems
· Research of new technologies solutions
· Involvement of our staff in the selection of training and innovation

The quality of Cassina’s products is also assured by detailed supervising procedures, which within the law involve each manufacturing phase, from the acceptance to the final checks.

We have always payed wide attention to the improvement of the service to the customer, with specific investments aimed to make more competitive our answer times and the reliability of delivery times.
