C2 and C3 models are perfectly stackable and, thanks to the particular shape of the top and the bottom, can grant an extremely stable and safe stacking. Their dimensions have been studied with the aim of optimizing the support area of the most common pallets: CP1 (1000x1200) and CP2 (800x1200).
The blown handle allows an easy hold for the user and being sealed at both ends it prevents the stagnancy of the product inside. In addition the cavity at the bottom of the jerry can assures an easy and safe hold with both hands during the emptying. Upon request, the jerry cans can be personalized with different colours and/or with embossed logos on the body.
AG and AT formats have been conceived to be packed in boxes. MATERIALS
Fustiplast jerry cans are produced by extrusion and blow moulding using high density- high molecular weight polyethylene (HD-HMW PE), mixed with UV stabilizers. HOMOLOGATIONS
The full range of jerry cans is homologated for land, air and sea transport of dangerous liquids, according to ONU law and RID/ADR OMI/IMDG OACI RTMD regulations. ACCESSORIES
All jerry cans are available with openings of different diameters and in typologies which allow the suitability of different caps: self-sealing, with one-way or two-way venting, with micro porous membrane, with thermo induction seals, with outlet nozzle, with dispenser and child-proof device. The position and the configuration of the openings allow the complete emptying of the jerry cans. TECHNOLOGY
Fustiplast jerry cans are produced with the newest axial and radial control systems which allow an optimal distribution of the thicknesses and grant good resistance at mechanical stress (compression and drop test).
